Norman Gautreau's art magnificently captures the color and culture of Revere. He conjures perfectly the smell of popcorn and sea air --- the same breath of excitement I appreciated as a boy riding a bus from Malden with my family to the beach for a day of sun and soda pop.
-- Congressman Ed Markey, U.S. House of Representatives
Norman Gautreau's paintings of Historic Revere Beach stir vivid memories of youthful pleasures for anyone raised in this great city. His vision of a vibrant, sparkling beachfront continues to inspire our efforts to restore Revere Beach to its past grandeur.
